Is The Plant Club Shop different than subscriptions?

Yes! The Plant Club Shop is a separate website that allows you to purchase individual plants, containers, gifts, and fun merch. However, this website is on a separate platform than our subscription boxes and therefore is hosted on a different website. This means you’ll want to create a new Shop account if you’d like to keep track of any purchases made on this platform. You may not be able to track your subscription with your Shop account, but we are working on ways to help make this a more seamless process.

We appreciate your patience while we make improvements to our new Shop site, and are glad to have you as a part of our plant family. After all, we’re all here for the same thing – the love of plants! 

Why can’t I find my account to update my subscription?

If you’re a member of The Plant Club and are receiving subscription boxes, you might be trying to log into your account to make some updates. If you’re unable to find your account, double check that you’re logging in to your account on We recently opened our new Shop, and while this website looks similar, it is hosted through a different platform, and you will not be able to log into your subscription account. You can create an account on the Shop for your Shop purchases, but you will be unable to manage your subscriptions with this account.
If you’re attempting to log in to and are still unable to find your account, please reach out to us at with the name and email address on the account, and we’ll be happy to assist. 

Shipping Policies

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.  You will be contacted with an alternate shipping date should delays occur.  Any applicable shipping charges are indicated on our product pages and/or in your shopping cart at checkout. 

We currently ship within the United States and are unable to offer international shipping. Due to state agricultural regulations, we are NOT able to ship to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time. 

PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.  Enter a valid mailing address at checkout to avoid potential delays in delivery.

For the safety and care of the live plants included in your box, we recommend that you take care to receive your package with minimal exposure to the elements. Many customers choose to receive their shipments at work. It's also fun to show off your new plants!

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.


Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer refunds for any unshipped orders. Once the orders have been shipped, we are glad to replace any damaged or defective products promptly. We require photos or other approved documentation for replacement requests. Please contact us at or (850) 202-4899 to request refunds or replacements.

We are unable to offer refunds on shipments that have been marked 'delivered' by the shipping carrier.   We recommend that you pay close attention to scheduled shipping dates and make arrangements to reschedule or redirect any packages that you will be unable receive.
